According to the demand of the military, the decision maker must do much assessment for the alternatives to decide the optimal armed helicopter overall design scheme. Research on the assessment methodology of overall design of Armed Helicopter is helpful to improve the design level of armed helicopter in domestic.The dissertation systemic discusses the conception, establishing principle, influence factor of criteria system. Then abased on the tactical requirement and domestic situation of armed helicopter, established the criteria system of armed helicopter overall design scheme. In the foundation of assessment theories, established the mathematics model of the assessment of armed helicopter overall design scheme with appropriate assessment methodology. Independently designed the software for the assessment of armed helicopter overall design scheme with Delphi 7.0 and Access database. So the assessment work can be accomplished automatically. At last, taking a variety of overall design scenario for foreign main armed helicopters as calculation case, the result is reasonable.
