Since entering the21st century, the green energy and sustainable developmentmore and more national attention to the problem. As the construction boom, as well asthe global shortage of non-renewable resources, the entire construction industry arealso shoulder the responsibility of. To reduce building energy consumption andenvironmental pollution, many countries, as well as paying attention to the building ofgreen and energy-saving technologies. Which raises the building-integratedphotovoltaic (BIVP), the system provides "energy the building" new concepts, that isachieved by building self-energy. This article on the adaptability ofbuilding-integrated solar PV for the study, analysis of its own advantages as well asthe overall development trends, summarize their definitions as well as types of BIPV;build adaptability evaluation indicator system for using fuzzy analytical hierarchyprocess, a comprehensive evaluation of the adaptability of building-integrated PV. Tovigorously pursue photovoltaic building integration-oriented policy of theGovernment has made a number of recommendations. Main research work are asfollows:(1) on the basis of the review and comment on documents, set out the definition ofbuilding-integrated photovoltaic, basic characteristics and their advantages,summarizing the development of PV building integration processes; analyses thecurrent situation of building-integrated PV in China.(2) proceed from the characteristics of building-integrated photovoltaic, constructionof building-integrated PV adaptability evaluation index system, and calculate theindex system, and calculate a total weighting of the various indicators and theirhierarchical sorting.(3) as this study used fuzzy analytical hierarchy process method, and built the BIPVadaptability evaluation based on the method of mathematical models.(4) introduction of building-integrated PV in order to promote the development ofChina’s Government-oriented policies. Mainly from management policies, technologypolicies, as well as economic incentives set out on three fronts. Based on theforegoing analysis, making recommendations to the three major areas of policy.
