The suspension is one of the most important part of the automobile. It's parted of spring accessory,oriented institutions,shock absorber and horizontal stability devices,connecting chassis frame and axle flexibly. It is used mainly for to transmit the function between the wheel and frame's all strength and the moment of force,relaxing the impact coming form not smooth road surface which creates to the automobile body,and weaking the load system vibration from this causes. Which guaranting that the automobile goes steadily.The air suspension takes one kind of the suspension fork elastic element, widely being used in every kind of vehicles suspension fork.which being used in the domestic 80% intermediate buses and above it. Because the air suspension fork has the misalignment rigidity characteristic and the relatively complex guidance power transmission organization, something like this increased difficulty in the air suspension fork design and the matching. In the automobile suspension system's design and the development process, its movement, dynamics and control policy's computation analysis play a important role.Because of the development of the disciplines such as mathematics, mechanics, computer information science, it creates multibody system dynamics'development , the automobile suspension fork and the complete bikes analysis based on the polysome theory's mathematization dummy specimen technologies. Above- mentioned anything is a powerful tool used in the design and the optimized question. On account of the ADAMS virtual model technology, it established the simplified geometric model of the suspension, and studied the effects of the suspension parameters when wheel vibrating. It provides an efficient and advanced method for developing suspension system.This article first check and compute on the air suspension fork's design rigidity, the offset, a side area unit rigidity and a side area unit angle carries. It established air suspension fork simplified model in the implement of the mechanical system dynamics simulation analysis software ADAMS/Car module. By mean of the vertical rigidity pointed simulation research in the air suspension fork's structure dynamics, establishing the road surface input model obtains the suspension fork performance parameter. According to the computer simulation result's analysis, it points that the air suspension fork rigidity choice is bigger in this complete bikes matching design. It need structure optimization processing to the preliminary design suspension fork , so it established two regression models by ADAMS/Insight for carrying on the simulation testing and the appraisal to the regression model used the ADAMS/Insight fitting regression equation, also carring on the optimization and the post-processing to the simulation result. Thus it obtains the size to be more reasonable and structure and layout perform better. Air suspension system offset design meets the standard requirements. And through road test we could verifice its result accuracy and reference value. Through the design, the modeling, the simulation, the analysis and optimization based on simulation result. This advanced design method enables the suspension fork's smooth performance to achieve the ideal design requirements, at the same time has promoted in our daily automobile design process designed capacity and the level.
