The cooling and heating resources contained in urban residential sewage are renewable resources that have not been utilized fully, which has a significant influence on the"energy saving and carbon reduction"when applied in urban buildings. Based on making fully and efficiently use of the cooling and heating resources contained in urban residential sewage,"the Integrated System for the Utilization of the Cooling and Heating Resources of Residential Sewage"("Integrated System")is put forward as a new mode for applying. The follow contents have been studied in this paper:Through the comparison between the characteristics of the cooling/heating capacity of the residential sewage with the cooling/heating load of the urban building, the confliction that the rise and fall in 24h of both the cooling and heating resources in the residential sewage and the cooling/heating load may not match appropriately is turned out which would cut down plentiful resources to be utilized. To solve this restrict,"Integrated System"is brought out."Integrated System"contains the sewage sources heat pump system(SSHP) and energy storage system and fills up the vacancy of the cooling/heating load caused by the confliction mentioned in the preceding text with the energy storage system. How to design the sewage in-taking system, SSHP system and the energy storage system is mentioned. And what's more, the manner of the control strategy optimizing is studied in the paper. The energy efficiency evaluating method is installed for the"Integrated System".The optimization of the control strategy for the"Integrated System"is studied specially in the paper, with is also the core of the"Integrated System". The"Optimization"is aimed at the target of making full use of the cooling and heating resources in the urban residential sewage using the"Integrated System"with high EER. So, the optimization of the control strategy can be divided into two parts: one is the optimizing of the running property, and the other is making the running strategy. And the first one is studied more in the paper.By installing the simulation model of the SSHP system, the EER of the SSHP system can be simulated in the plat of matlab. And the"black box model"is applied in the simulation and experimental verify to make the study easier. During the simulation and experimental verify, the input parameter is one of the running parameter of the SSHP system. The output parameter is the corresponding system EER. Through the simulation of the SSHP system of the experiment plat, the optimizing result is: the best output chilled water temperature is 13℃; the best chilled water flow rate is 6.2 m3/h; the best cooling water flow rate is 6.5 m3/h.The experimental verify result at the follow values for optimizing parameters: the best output chilled water temperature is 13.6℃; the best chilled water flow rate is 6.8 m3/h; the best cooling water flow rate is 6 m3/h. the Error Rates of the simulation results compared with the results above are -4.6%, +9.6% and +8.3% matched with chilled water temperature , chilled water flow rate and cooling water flow rate. However, the error rates are all blow 10%, which means the reliability of the simulation results. Meanwhile, the simulation model for the SSHP system installed in the paper would be proved to be reliable and correct. In addition, the SSHP system may reduce 5.6% energy consuming by the experimental optimizing results.
