The technology of network schedule which replaces the traditional planning management methods has been widely developed and applied in all fields of production and life of mankind, including hydropower engineering. Construction network schedule is an important part of construction organization design. Correct drawing of construction network schedule can be able to conduct the organization and management of project reasonably, shorten the construction period and reduce the costs.Construction general schedule of hydraulic and hydropower engineering is often composed of a number of key parts such as Preparation period, construction of preparation, the main construction and project completion of the construction of four stages. In addition, different types of projects also have some similarities. Therefore, it is a necessary research to carry out the standardization for the construction schedule of hydraulic and hydropower engineering, in order to enhance the standardization of drawing construction network schedule in construction organization design, and then increase the rationality of results for progress planning, and reduce the strength of engineers. Currently analysis software (such as P3, Project, etc.) used in the construction general schedule are common project management software, and they are difficult to adapt the requirements of comprehensiveness, integration, and intelligent assisted design in hydropower engineering, so it has important significance to conduct standardization research of the progress planning in hydraulic and hydropower engineering. In this paper, Tianjin University Network Program Software-Network and Project Management Software-P3e / c are understood and studied in-depth. According to the characteristics of different software, their resources and data structures are analyzed and the data are compared, and then the coupling method of these two kinds of software is presented using the API provided by P3e/c. In the software Network, a heuristic algorithm is used to realize the conversion from single code network diagram to double code time scale network diagram and an idea that project budget ration can be combined with P3e/c is proposed. Finally, a new system can be developed combination with P3e/c and Network using the two programming languages VC++ and JAVA. The system will be more adaptive to the requirement of drawing construction network planning in the field of domestic hydropower engineering. Besides, it also has important research significance for optimal disposition of resources, summary treatment of cost, schedule optimization.
