Study On Mutil-Value System And Planning Design Control Of Rural Landscape

With the progress of new countryside construction and urban-rural integration, rural landscape becomes the research hotspot again. Presently, the study of rural landscape in domestic mainly focuses on application domain such as planning, design, assessment and so on. However, the theoretical foundation of it has been less concern. Thus, we analyze the value of rural landscape via theory of value with a value system of rural landscape as an end product basing on the development of countryside. Meanwhile, we explore the theory of how to control of planning and design of rural landscape, aim to guide, also supervise the rural landscape planning and design.The content and innovation of this research:Firstly, penetrate deeply on the connotation of rural landscape. Because of the wide disciplines, establishing according to various value standards involved in rural landscape, a lot of trouble occur when conducting research on its connotation. In our study, we start with three basic characteristics of rural landscape, extensive, public, naturalness, combining the natural elements, economic factors, social factors, cultural factors of four rural landscape elements to investigate internal and external driving force for promoting rural landscape development. In the end, given the above reviews, the connotation of rural landscape is summarized and refined, thus enriching the theoretical basic research of rural landscape.Secondly, construct of multiple value system of rural landscape. Thus far, this is the first time to perform theoretical foundation research of rural landscape through a very inspect-value theory. The multiple value system built in this paper is based on three parts. The first part, as the starting point of multiple value system construction is countryside development study. In this section, we focus on the inherent and external needs of rural development. The second part, as the core theory of multiple value system construction is rural landscape value based on its development. This segment is elaborated by four subparts: rural landscape as the driving force of economic development, the security forces of rural ecological, the coordination forces of interests of rural society and the transmission power of rural cultural development. The third part focuses on the change of rural landscape values orientation. Hence, comparing the value of the existing rural landscape system, the changes in value standards is known within different times, which can be used to inspect change of rural landscape values orientation, meanwhile, providing a new idea for the research. Finally, multiple value system is built as a conclusion of the three pasts'study.Thirdly, study on control of rural landscape planning and design theory for the first time, for the guidance and supervision of the corresponding rural landscape planning and designing. In this part, we start with the definition, significance and principles of rural landscape planning and design control, and the process and implementation strategy in general is obtained according to concerning research of landscape planning theory. At the first beginning of the implementation strategy is to establish information database and complete the relevant planning and design information input. Thereafter, complete the analysis and handle the information of landscape planning and design through the match-degree between information database and multi-value system of rural landscape. Finally, complete the planning and design information output through the results of the analysis and handle from two steps before to obtain corresponding control strategy. Finally, the scientific and operational of rural landscape planning and design control strategy is verified using the case in Qingpu District, Shanghai.The significance of this thesis are: research on the connotation of rural landscape to enrich the theoretical foundation of rural landscape research; Construction of rural landscape multi-value system, and built the rural landscape evaluation frame base on this; Study on planning design control so as to provide a guidance to make the planning and design work more scientific, targeted, and unique.Because of the limited time and energy, the rural landscape evaluation study is still on initial stage, and for the specific details remain to be further research. At the same time, the specific information database of planning and design control remains to be further improved since it is the first time to be put forward.
