With the continuous development of the national economy, advancement of science and technology, it is becoming increasingly dependent on electricity. The increasingly need for power makes the short of electricity supplyment.In order to solve the problems,investment in the construction of the power industry has been increased,a large number of large-capacity generating units invested, or is about to put into use.However,since the generating and load increas fastly,the transmission power system is not strong enough to sustain for it's weak of machinery or outmoded power system technology.It must be to speed up the building to strengthen the power grid.Construction of power grids on the implementation of the project can not be separated from power network planning.A reasonable implementation plan can promote the national economy development and regional residents to improve the quality of life and at the same time huge economic benefits can be brought to the power grid company. Thus, to determine whether a reasonable plan, how to select the best solution is very important, and this is the purpose of this article: Comprehensive Evaluation of network planningThe comprehensive evaluation of network planning needs of the two "weapons",that is, evaluation criteria and guidelines to determine the method of calculating, which is the main contents of this article:â‘ network planning comprehensive evaluation index system;â‘¡Analytic Hierarchy Process based on triangular fuzzy numbers(TFAHP). In this paper, A brief description of the conditions of China's electric power system will be given and it will analyse of the important of the power system planning power system in the building of power network and the research status quo of power system planning evaluation and decision-making method. A better and reasonable network planning comprehensive evaluation index system cover five major aspects whichi are economic, technological, social environment, adaptation and risk has been built, and detailed analyse the specific content of the various indicators. For the shortcomings of traditional Analytic Hierarchy Process,a new method making AHP better which based on triangular fuzzy numbers and definition of possible degree will be brought forward and achieved by a matlab program. At last, a simulation of Caijiawan Substation project from "the 12th five-year power system plan" has been done, calculate the possible degree and score of comprehensive evaluation about three programs.
