Study On Beijing Metro Planning Implementation Tactics

"New town"is a long-standing concept, but also a century-old practice of campaign. With construction of Latchworth, New town construction campaign in Western countries after World War II came into an active period that leaved a valuable experience and a wealth of research material for the later.With China's rapid economic development, urban regionalization and the rapid development of rapid urbanization, population regionalization accumulation, Beijing New town's construction and development has entered an important period.Compared with the previous New town, the new general rules, a Beijing New town, its functional orientation, size, quality, development patterns and planning and implementation are all faced with higher demands.The paper analyze the basis of the exsiting state, from planning and implementation of the Beijing New town level, how to solve the existing problems, the overall implementation of the new regulatory goal-oriented, combined with the foreign and Hong Kong Metro summarized experience in building proposed in the new economic development period, implementation of the goals in new Beijing Urban Master plan, the overall regulatory policy recommendations and regulatory framework proposal.Article first analysis of the current state of the Beijing new town and to identify problems and causes, and thus learn from foreign countries through the case of new town in Foreign nation and the Hong Kong in planning and implementation of the Beijing new town, made policy recommendations and regulatory frameworks.
