With China’s economy developing, the speed of urbanization speeding up,rail transit demand is gradually increasing. Urban rail transit develops significantly faster, higher efficiency, more savings compared to other public transportation way. Tianjin as China’s four big cities directly under, and rail construction although obtained fast development, but track construction management but there are many problems, such as:engineering construction speed partial slow, line daily passenger capacity is low and the surrounding roads construction projects congestion seriously, engineering quality needs to be enhanced. Rail transit is tianjin important transportation engineering, in order to ensure the smooth progress of construction management, be badly in need of rail transit construction management problems discussed and solved.This paper first analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad rail transit, and scientific analysis of the rail construction management problems, mainly from engineering construction speed, the average daily passenger line, construction projects surrounding road environment, engineering quality and so on four aspects, construction will orbit the existing problems in the management of in-depth analysis. And puts forward the problems need to be solved. Secondly to rail transit network planning, investment, the paper analyses the present situation of the management system respectively, the scientific wire network standard, reasonable financing environment construction and efficient management system to make the construction of this theory, and gives the research direction. Finally, on the basis of analysis of the causes, the comprehensive management of the domestic and foreign transportation rail construction experience, and puts forward the new period tianjin transportation rail construction management of new ideas. And using the existing data for new ideas for development, this paper puts forward the new period, the rail traffic construction and the management countermeasures.
