At present, China is promoting energy conservation policy, in response to a growing shortage of energy, environmental pollution increasingly serious situation grim, trying to change the extensive energy wasteful traditional heating methods, actively promote the new heating method on household metering press, heat charges, requiring excellent performance, easy to use, economical and durable. Although China’s production of household heat meters enterprises, there are many products, but there are still many problems in practical applications. This has seriously affected the advance of new household metering press charges heating mode. Therefore, many research institutes, universities and companies are actively engaged in research work.This paper builds the heat meter and remote meter reading of the overall system on previous work. Performed research to improve the heat meter based on the ultrasonic detection principle. Focuses on the design of heat metering data remote automatic meter reading system, based on ZigBee technology and M-Bus for residential areas.In calorimeter research, use the optimization algorithms to study measure pipeline structure Fluent simulation employing a reflective structure for research, in order to select the appropriate measurement pipeline structure, according to pipe pressure loss and fluid distribution of the ultrasonic heat meter. Use the measurement data to determine abnormal, then do multi-point average to solve the influence of impurities on the measurement accuracy in the software. Design the infrared meter according to standards.Because heat meter read data difficult to build a remote meter reading system, design the combination bus and wireless remote meter reading model from the possibility of economy and technology. Design the M-BUS bus system, and solve the calorimeter persistent power supply problems based on research and experiments.Use ZigBee wireless networking technology for wireless communication between devices within a cell. And optimize the wireless networking to achieve detection system to ensure reliable and secure transmission of information.Use Visual C# to optimize the software of the management control center. Increase network automatically, automatically optimize the transmission path and fault detection and repair, to improve self-test and maintenance functions of meter reading system.Experimental results:this article preset functions successfully achieved. The designed structure can achieve velocity distribution uniformly. The designed meter reading system can achieve automatic networking and remote data transmission. And solve the power problem of the calorimeter.
