Study On Quality Management Of Construction Project Based On Green Construction

As China’s economic and social development, the next step will be the town’s economic development as the goal, will vigorously build infrastructure, which led to a new round of economic and social development. Construction industry is the basis of economic development, people live and work is an important guarantee. A lot of infrastructure has changed people’s living environment, to people’s lives has brought great convenience, to lay the foundation for economic development, but a large number of buildings also requires a lot of resources, and bring some impact to the environment. After entering the new century, China’s development of sustainable development is the guiding ideas, but in the 10 years of social and economic development, resource throw was a huge waste, the environment also caused serious damage. In such circumstances, facing the construction industry, the state proposed the concept of green construction. Green construction is the construction, in the assurance of quality, safety and other basic requirements of the premise, through scientific management and technological progress, to maximize the conservation of resources and reduce negative impacts on the environment of the construction activity. But in the actual construction, since many aspects of the regulation is not perfect, resulting in green construction quality and advocacy big gap, so the green construction for total quality management at all levels of management has become a key consideration.This will be based on the current status of green construction quality management, quality management at home and abroad for Research on green construction quality management to analyze and propose suggestions and countermeasures with respect. This paper is divided into five parts, the first is a research background, significance of the study is described, and the problem to be solved major issues listed. The second part of the research related to the theory of description, including the definition of quality management, quality management approach, the theory of green construction engineering study for subsequent research foundation in theory. The third part is the impact of green construction quality factors were analyzed, some of the main factors, material factors, construction methods factors. The fourth part is the current Green Construction in quality management problems is described, including its governance backward, construction personnel and inadequate training, management system is not perfect and other issues, the fifth part will deal with the problems put forward a solution proposal in the part of the green will be the actual construction of quality management to analyze and use the recommendations provided for management, in order to verify the implementation of the recommendations can be.This study is completed, it will resolve the current green construction quality management problems and improve the quality of green construction management, with some reference.
