Application Of Green Management Concept In Environmental Management Of Construction Project

The construction industry is one of the important pillar industries in our country.Since the end of twentieth Century,it has made a vigorous development,and has made great contributions to the development of China’s economic construction.But the development of the construction industry also caused some pollution to the environment of our country.The cost of resources and the impact on the environment are the most direct and obvious in the construction stage of the project.In order to realize the sustainable development of architecture,our country put forward the development direction of "green management concept",which has become the inevitable requirement of the current engineering construction projects and the inevitable trend of the development of the construction industry.The main body of this paper is divided into six parts to discuss the application of green management concept in the construction project environmental management.The first part is the introduction,proposed research background,purpose and significance of the research at home and abroad on the concept of green management and Research on the present situation of application in construction progress and the status quo are summarized;the second part is the theoretical basis,this paper sets forth the theoretical basis of green management related concept,on the other hand,this paper expounds the construction environmental management project;the third part is the analysis to the concept of green construction management in construction project application status and existing problems;the fourth part mainly aiming at some problems of construction projects in environmental management put forward specific recommendations;the fifth part is the construction of the environmental management system of green management concept;the sixth part in a midAe school construction project as an example,makes an empirical analysis on the application of green construction project management concept,on the whole The construction process is described in detail,and the effect of the implementation of green management has been evaluated.At the end,the paper summarizes the research of this paper.
