The frame,a veryimportant load-bearing component, has significant affection on the property of the mineMilitary vehicles.First,we start the analysis from the relevant background and significance. Then itintroduces the development of the frame FEM model and the profile of the fatigueperformance of frame studies. At the same time, the introduction of the PRO/E andANSYS isalso discussed here.Based on the analyses above, firstly,we use PRO-E set the modeling forthe frame, and then import the modeling result intoANYSYS to build the FEM model ofdump trucks.Second,Based on the actual operation situation of the truck, the analysis of static force tothe frame will be discussed from four conditions, which including no load, full load, unloading and loading. With the visualized operation results form ANYSYS,we can calculatethe most dangerous points for stress and displacement of frames. Lastly, compare the strengthand stiffness requirements of frames, and determine the frame structure to meet the designrequirement. Finally, analyze the mode of the frame. The frame is the foundation of the heavy-dutydump truck, the vibration characteristic would effect the structure and performance of thetruck. Using FEM to calculate the inherent frequency and natural vibration type of the truckfirst, and transient analyzing the frame under the impact load and the reliability, which can beseen the results of model analysis. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | military vehicles, frame, FEM, reliability, statics, modality | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
