In meantime, EPC Project is regarded as a quietly mature construction management mode in the world, it is obviously to see that this mode is full of management experience on the abroad. Referring to Oils and Chemic Industries, EPC Project makes full advantage of the international development among our national domestic markets. On the basis of EPC Project mode, a more comprehensive project mode, EPCC Project mode, is developed to lead relative project into final trial phase. Meanwhile, research in EPCC Project mode plays an inevitable role in explanation of being in accordance with construction development era. In the context of construction development era, in order to make full advantage of merits of EPCC Project mode and to accomplish this project efficiently and effectively, this article choose S exploration engineering general contracting project process system design are studied.At first, this thesis illustrates the background, objectives, and meanings of proposed research, main characteristics and relative situation during evolution and development of EPCC Project Management Mode, current research status quo, and, thoughts and methods of research, in couple with introduction of S Project; therefore, it points out the necessities to commence on research and design of S Project. In Addition, this thesis analyses design, procurement, construction, trial phase, and condition of accomplishment examination of S Project; overall introduces trains of thoughts of design in projects and process; and, briefly describes management on design, procurement, construction, trial phase, and accomplishment examination and potential problems existed in management. Lastly, this thesis outlines and summarizes management on design, procurement, construction, trail phase and accomplishment examination; analyses actual process of S Project according to the actual results gained through surveys and research did on S Project; proposes wise and effective improvements and solutions to the new process in terms of diagnosis on and comparison with old one, and, describes relative process system at design, procurement, construction, trial phase, and accomplishment examination.
