EPC general contracting mode has developed rapidly in China in recent years.As a kind of contract mode which crosses design,procurement and construction depths,and can shorten construction period,control cost and improve quality,EPC general contracting mode has a large profit margin and is highly valued by engineering circles.Under EPC general contracting mode,the general contractor undertakes almost all risks,and slightly careless will lead to project objectives.Failure,therefore,risk management under EPC general contracting mode has become the focus of attention in the engineering field.Through systematic research on risk management of EPC general contracting project,from four major processes of risk management to four major methods of risk control,from qualitative analysis method of risk identification and assessment to quantitative analysis method,this paper introduces risk management of EPC general contracting project in detail,and carries out risk analysis combined With five stages of EPC general contracting project,and puts forward pertinent measures.It also introduces the analysis and Countermeasures of risk factors in Fidic contract,which will greatly promote the management of EPC general contracting project.In this paper,several common methods of risk identification and evaluation are mainly introduced:expert scoring method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.On the basis of systematic analysis of risk identification and evaluation methods,the evaluation model is established by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the risk evaluation of EPC general contracting project of Xiaojiawa Loading Station is made by using analytic hierarchy process.In order to solve the problem of ranking the importance of project risk factors,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to solve the problem of the overall risk level faced by the project;therefore,this paper puts forward the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk factors of EPC general contracting project,using expert scoring method as an auxiliary;the purpose of the evaluation is to use the analytic hierarchy process to be more accurate.The relative severity of each risk factor is determined and ranked,so that the risk factors can be controlled emphatically,and the overall analysis of the project is evaluated by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.This paper analyses the main risk factors in the five stages of bidding,design,procurement,construction,trial operation and completion,and gives the corresponding measures to guide the managers of EPC general contracting project of Xiaojiawa Loading Station to pay attention to different risk factors and draw up corresponding risk management plans and measures.The above three risk identification and evaluation methods have strong application value,and have strong practical significance for improving the risk management of EPC general contracting project at the present stage.
