Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Urban And Rural Planning Management System In Kunming

A good management system of urban and rural planning does guarentee effective construction, reasonable structure and beautiful image of the whole city. Since the Reform Kunming urban planning management system has been developing with the national system, at the same time it has formed its unique mode of system, which effectively promotes the coordinated development of urban construction. With the continuous development of Kunming economic system, the urban and rural planning has staged a new period, which also means new challenges including many issues unfit for its own construction development. Especially since the 18th Congress put forward the goal of deepening the reform of administrative system and transforming government function, the urban and rural planning as basic means of guiding and regulating should take the opportunity to respond to the requirements of the national policy and establish a reasonable effective system so as to promote the urban economy development. Based on this aim, this paper takes Kunming as an example to explore the current issues, analyze the causes in the urban and rural planning and put forward feasible suggestions and measures by the means of relative theories of MPA courses studied over the past two years.
