In the process of construction safety management measures are not in place and other problems.The Changsha Kotewall Fai International Plaza project to rely on, to the organization and management of the installation of the prefabricated structure as the breakthrough point, according to the analysis of the assembled concrete structure housing project site component assembling risk, including construction safety risk and technology risk, suitable for key components of the construction process and construction safety management system is proposed, in the interests of the owner and relevant management of prefabricated housing for security risk analysis. The research results can provide reference for construction safety risk of similar prefabricated assembly structure.
