Transportation is the fundamental industry of national economy, to display an indispensable role in the national economy in our country.Transportation is connecting the production, assignment, exchange communication, consumption loss the key hub and one of the decisive factors affecting the development of national economy.Along with the social economy and the rapid growth and progress of science and technology, the transportation to major change.Transportation in contemporary society, the role of economic development is more and more critical.Compared with western developed countries, modern transport infrastructure development in China started late, although the transportation infrastructure in recent years the rapid development of our country, but in the supply demand of rapid economic development, there are gaps need to be further exploration and practice.With the increasing of economic globalization, urban regional integration has become the world’s economic growth trend and path.Most countries of the world will be city region integration as the city social and economic growth, the inevitable choice of regional competitiveness.As a sub-system of the regional economic system, the traffic infrastructure and the regional economy both promote each other, and restrict each other.Regional transport infrastructure integration become the objective roots of regional integration development and the inevitable demand.After 1949, Lanzhou, Xi’ning region traffic conditions have improved a lot, has built the Longhai, Lanxin, LanQing, Baolan and Qinghai-tibet railway;Provincial highway, national highway and a large number of laying, of which 109, 212, 309, 312, in the area, will be silver,silver Nancy highway in Lanzhou and Xi’ning closely relates in together, the Qinghai-tibet highway and railway construction to strengthen the interior successively with central and eastern regions, makes Lanzhou, Xi’ning area contact inland hub with central and eastern regions, scope of northwest region will form the largest and the most technologically advanced freight station and on the new asian-european land bridge important container transit center.Because of the influence of natural factors such as topography, Lanzhou, Xi’ning district traffic infrastructure construction can only along the valley, and transportation infrastructure construction lag behind, unable to form a ring network and the radial network traffic network system, resulting in the region as a whole the traffic facilities, the phenomenon of the smooth general characteristic is not high.In this paper the current situation of transport infrastructure development in Lanzhou,Xi’ning as to explore the background;With the theory of regional transport infrastructure integration as relying on;To integrate regional urban transportation infrastructure network as the goal, mainly studied the following aspects: first, arrange the related infrastructure, traffic network and the theory of regional integration, the development of urban area transportation infrastructure is studied.Second, the study of domestic and foreign urban transportation infrastructure integration theory and empirical examples were analyzed, and the transportation infrastructure integration for Lanzhou, Xi’ning areas to provide the beneficial reference.Third,in Lanzhou, Xi’ning area as the research object, using the markov chain to the analysis of current transport infrastructure development in Lanzhou, Xi’ning, SNA and clear on the space algorithm on GDP and transportation infrastructure has carried on the quantitative analysis.Fourth, in Lanzhou, Xi’ning region transportation infrastructure integration implementation idea was put forward.
