Since the reform and development, China’s economy has been rapid development, people’s quality of life has been significantly improved, and more and more people could not separate the power.2015, the people demand for power are 727.6 billion KWh, an increase of 5.0%. With the increase in electricity consumption, residential electricity failure situation more and more, in the past, the company’s low-voltage power grid fault repair has been relying on manual, and this will lead to sharing of information interaction is very slow. In order to improve the efficiency of the system, an urgent need to develop an information system based on low-voltage grid of power company repair system faults.As we examine the current situation of fault repair system in Jiangxi Power Company, we have the study and analysis for fault repair system of Jiangxi Power Company. Introduces the research background of the power company’s low voltage grid failure to repair the system, the project significance and current research and application of analysis of the contents of this paper and the main work arrangements; and then in business analysis, this paper first business brief description, after analyzing the existing business process systems gives improved business processes; followed by functional analysis, the paper clarified the role of the systems involved and the system is divided into repair records management, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, labor order management, repair resource management, system management module six, respectively, and its data flow analysis; and then in the data analysis, the paper system for all entities involved in the analysis and design and gives the ER diagram, then designing the system database.Finally, according to the company’s design and content requirements of fault repair system, it makes working efficiency significantly improved, while also improving the quality of service.
