Study On Environmental Condition And Countermeasure Of Urban And Rural Joint

At the mention of the rural-urban continuum, the phenomenon about it is always emerged in front of our eyes, the land development is fragmented, the original roads and water has been disrupted. Garbage piles, poor drainage, serious illegal building, environmental degradation, grim situation of public security, etc. No matter in community landscape or in community spiritual building, it has a strong contrast with urban. It becomes a "persistent" zone in creating health city and building a modern civilized city. However, the rural-urban continuum is a transitional zone between rural and urban, it is an important window for communication between rural and urban, and as the edge of the city, it is an important link of the harmonious development of rural and urban, so carrying out the development strategy of "five one" under the background of the increasingly fierce competition in the area plays an important role. It can accelerate the development of a city in economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction and ecological civilization construction.Ciba, as the research object in this paper, is located in the northern suburb of Kunming, the street office is located here. It has most characteristics of rural-urban continuum, its environment is not optimal, and the development speed is slow for many years. It still retains the characteristics of the "city and township". At present, the environment and the surrounding of Ciba is out of step with the urban development. Due to the important geographical location, improving the quality of environment can speed up the pace into the urban area, promote the development of Kunming.The most important thing is it can lead the development of Ciba itself.Based on the research about influence on urban development and the ecosystem health in the rural-urban continuum, through the analysis of the existing environmental conditions of Ciba, the author carries on a comprehensive evaluation for Ciba with urban ecosystem health evaluation method. Through the model building, data collecting, quantitative processing, calculating and aggregating, the author considers that it may find countermeasures in ecology to improve the environment in Ciba and build the ecological urban environment in Ciba, to improve adverse environmental conditions, speed up the development of Ciba to adapt the development of main urban area of Kunming.
