Research On Parking Management Mode For Large Cities

This thesis analyses in detail the existing situation and problem of large cities? parking management from three aspects: parking supply management, parking demand management and parking behavior management, and concludes the research results of parking problem in developed countries or zones. Moreover, after discusses the some characteristic of parking and the factors of parking management, the thesis sets up the theoiy mathematical model of broadly parking fee and the theory mathematical model of the parking choice. Then, the thesis sets up a proper large cities?parking management mode after discusses the object, measures, system and organization of the parking management and the theory basis, objective, principle of parking fee charge. It is a management mode that based on the law and rule, guided by the policy, and as human for the major factor, exerts the ability of the parking management抯. aspects, and ensures the harmonious, sustainable development between parking and transportation ,the other aspects of the urban system.
