This paper translates that MIS (Management Inforriiat ion System) has practical significance on power system, introducing definition, function and component of modem management information system. According to demand and present condition of Luo.Jiang Power Supply Bureau technology management, the author bring forward the present new software technology bject Oriented Analysis to design the technology management information system of LuoJiang Power Supply Bureau, and decide this system analysis based on Object Oriented Design. For this reason, the best stable factors of data are determined by finding for main operation object class at first. Secondly, the operations of main object are analyzed from the rough to the detailed, work data and data flow diagrams are obtained, a data dictionary is also gained. At last, in accordance with the difference of every object function, we can refer to every function of electrical production department to decide the subsystem function object. Such, function modules and data components must keep complete and unified on every order. On basis of the analysis and design, the software structure of LuoJiang Power Supply Bureau technology management information system is in progress by Windows as operation platform, MS Access as database, using MSVB, HTML, SQL, ODBC and ADO technology to design program. According to structure of MIS, we adopt the corresponding security to form the more complete software structure of LuoJiang Power Supply Bureau technology management information system. In the paper, many interfaces are illustrated and translated in details to make clear and directly impression on everybody as possible.
