| With the approaching of information age, the configuration of modern war changes day by day. The military confront has changed from pure confront of the strength of equipments technology to the confront of comprehensive information of the battlefield. Informationization brings more challenges and opportunities for army---the state machine, in the new historical period. The key assignment to reinforce our modern defense construction and push our state into the circle of military powers of the world, we should base on the partial war under the high-tech circumstances, integrate into the informationization processing, better grasp and make use of various information resources of army and make full use of technological equipments and technological arms of services. Recent years, China has accelerated the process of construction of army's informationization. The infrastructure is stressed, and meanwhile, many advanced and reliable information management systems have been developed. The device and method of managing comprehensive information are getting close to international military powers. It is also a new task for the managers and builders in the army in the new era to develop an information management system appropriate for special situations in the army. Based on the special situation of the Zhouqao Army, this thesis analyz the requirements of MISS(Management Information System for Soldier) and make reasonable plan for the system structure, design a safe and reliable system database, design some simple and frank handle interfaces by Visual C++ 6.0 and realization the function in the plan.
