The Design And Implementation Of Management Information System Of Equipment

With the improvement of the extent if the information-based in army, the basic unit management has gradually brought into the important agenda of information-based construction of army. Yet the management of equipment directly relates to the army information-based construction. In view of the characteristic of managing equipment of the basic unit of army and in order to pay more attention to the reality that the level of science and culture of officers and soldiers is improving constantly, a management information system of high-efficiency and applicable equipment.based on computer network is developed. It facilitates to realize the information-based, modernization of the management at the basic unit, and provides guarantee to improve the army battle efficiency.This research takes the basic unit organizational equipment management information system as the object, utilizing the computer technology to realize the scientificity, standardization of army's equipment management at the basic unit.Firstly, this research points out to necessity of developing this system, and introduces the state of art of the management information system. The system frame, model and function or such important factors are analysed and researched based on the key technologies of system developing combining with the nowadays related technology. Then the static and dynamic models of the system are established with UML modeling tool Rational Rose 2003.Secondly, on the basis of system analysis, overall framework and structure of each subsystem are designed. This system includes system administration, the basic information management, the equipment stock management, the equipment data management, the equipment maintain and distribution, the equipment financing management, the statistical query and the system data maintenance. The database is designed with SQL Sever 2000 software. The overall framework of security system is designed based on the security mechanism, and security of the database is designed.Finally, the framework of the system is developed, the program is designed, The system is developed by using Visual C++ 6.0 software. This makes the information system of equipment management possess good user interface, security and maintainability.The study of this dissertation, giving attention to both theories and practices, has brought about a set of theories and techniques based on computer network, which is suited to the characteristic of equipment wording. This research has practical value for the information-based construction of managing equipment of the basic unit of army.
