In this thesis, the Tianjin's first cogeneration power plant was served as real-time analyzing object, and we designed and achieved data acquire and share of boilers,heating nets,and electricity in the power plant. The nerve network was used to cumpute combustibles in fly ash which is affected by coal quality ,oxygen and load. the economic index of whole plant were computed and analyzed. A new method was introduced to calculate net coal consumption and heating coal consumption. At the same time, the primary air system was monitored on-line.
