| This thesis, on the basis of 3S technology and related technologies, discussed the theory and methodology of the construction of digital water resources(DWR) . DWR , as a vital part of the hot-studied issue — digital city, is a complicated and colossal systematic engineering, which involves plenty of areas and technologies, and some of which are still in an immature stage. This thesis comprises four parts:(1) analyze thoroughly the contemporary construction condition of DWR based on 3S technology, and then indicate the necessary to construct DWR; (2) using the supportive core technologies of DWR, set up a outline structure for DWR and discuss construction schemes; (3) on the Xinjiang practical condition, purpose the strategy to realize DWR in Xinjiang;(4) apply DWR's core technologies in Talimu River Basin, put forward new developing idea, developing method and technique paths of soil-water resource information system based on GIS and RS and river basin model, and detailedly discuss its core technology —spatial database and the feasibility of the construction of digital river basin. |
