The Design And Test Of Double Way Electronic-hydraulic Proportional Controller

Modern industry needs the control system must be cheep, saving energy. And the same time, this system is adapt to high-power control and be maintained expediently. Its control precision must fit a certain extent standard. Now, proportional hydraulic valve which developed from the general hydraulic valve is applied in ali kind of control scopes. It uses proportional electromagnetic iron to change the electron signal into mechanical signal instead of the manual adjuster or general switch electromagnetic iron. With the development of the ratio system, the proportional amplifier develops constantly as the control equipment. Until now, there have had the single way proportional valve controlling the power or the route, double way ratio valve controlling the orientation. They cover flux control, pressure control, velocity control and position control. According to these functions, ratio amplifier has single way or double ways type amplifier. But homemade ratio amplifier still stays the base of step control. The stepless controlling amplifier always depends on the import.DCW proportional amplifier introduced in this paper is used in the double ways control system. It can control tow electromagnetic iron at the same time. Expect for the design of the amplifier, the emphases is to test the static state and dynamic characteristic of the control system and provide a great deal reference data so that the system can work well.The proportional valve' natural work depends on the accurate setting of the ratio amplifier. So the work parameter must be set before the running of the valve. This paper has made some attempt on this aspect.
