In the view point of quality controlling of RC. Structures construction,this essay include several questions as follows: The safety and crack probability of RC. Structural beams during construction; The sensitivity of construction flaw to the RC. Structure' s failure probability and combined with the frequency of that, the emphasis of quality controlling can be defined. Moreover, the general quality level of RC. Structure is appraised. This essay mainly include following contents:1. It is set forth how to calculate the interior force of RC. Structure caused by the load , the shrink of concrete, and the temperature fluctuation during construction. An actual RC. Structure is exemplified to show how to calculate the reliable value and cracking failure probability of beams during construction. It is shown that: when two shoring levels are used, the minimum reliable value is only 0. 7, another shoring or reshoring is needed .When three shoring levels are used, the maximum cracking probability is 76%, this show that cracking cannot be completely avoided during construction , We can only adopt some measures to reduce the cracking probability.2. The ordinary human errors and their occurring frequency are quantitatively analysised.By Monte-Carlo simulation method, the failure probability of an actual short eccentric compressed column and the sensitivity of human errors to it are calculated. Based on all that calculation, the quality controlling emphasis of column can be defined as: strength of concrete, the joint of reinforced bar, the axis deviation and that of beam as the strength of concrete, the thickness of protection layer and joint of reinforced bar.3. An extensive inquire and fuzzy evaluation of the quality of RC. Structures as a whole are carried out on. It can be concluded that when the quality of structure is divided into such three grades as:good, ordinary and poor, then the structure quality of investigated region(Shanghai, Guangzhu, Changsha, Hangzhu, Nanjing, Xiamen) can only be classified as normal and that of other middle-sized or small cities be classified as poor.
