With the continuous development of economy and continuous technological advancement,large-scale public buildings are higher,deeper,larger,more complex,and more comprehensive.This is inseparable from the improvement of construction technology and the deepening of theoretical research.This paper combines the status quo and development trend of large-scale public buildings at home and abroad,and takes the construction of Lanzhou West Railway Station as the background.It involves the construction technology of high space and long span complex pipe truss roof structure,integrated BIM application technology for construction design and construction,and subway construction method.Construction technology,ground sub-unit assembly sub-unit lifting arc aluminum plate anti-suspended ceiling construction technology for analysis and research.Lanzhou West Railway Station guarantees the quality and safety of the project through the application of key construction technology,and provides technical and quality guarantees for the smooth opening and operation of the project.This will provide reference and reference for the construction of large-scale stations in the future,with significant economic and social benefits and broad application prospects.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)Taking the construction of high-span and large-span complex tube truss roof structure of Lanzhou West Railway Station as the background,the selection of weld materials under severe cold conditions,and the construction simulation of steel structure factory prefabrication,subassembly and assembly and cross-lifting are studied;using MIDAS to analyze the stress changes during the assembly of steel structures;using Naviswork to simulate the construction,the problems arising from lifting will be analyzed and studied.It was found that the above-mentioned series of construction steps reduced the difficulty of construction of the roof of Lanzhou West Railway Station,ensured construction quality and safety,and achieved good social and economic benefits.It provides reference for the construction of largescale steel structures in low-temperature environments,and the design and construction of similar steel structures.It has a good guide and reference,with a high promotion value.(2)BIM models are built using software such as Revit,TEKLA,and Digital Project.Models are used to perform 4D simulations,complex node simulations,tower crane anticollision simulations,near-cable protection,station-site procedure simulations,pipeline integration,and collision avoidance checks,and steel structures.Lifting simulation,auxiliary interior and exterior decoration drawings,and partial model project statistics.The application of BIM technology was found to increase the project production efficiency,improve the construction quality,shorten the construction period,reduce the cost of construction,etc.At the same time,it created a large number of libraries for the use of equipment at the Lanzhou West Railway Station,which can be used for other station projects or related construction projects.At the same time,a project management platform based on BIM model data is established to achieve standardized and orderly management of BIM resources,and it also lays a solid foundation for future BIM operation and maintenance management.The difference in economic and social efficiency is significant,and there are broad prospects for popularization and application.(3)Taking the construction of Lanzhou Metro Line 2 as an auxiliary project of Lanzhou West Railway Station as the background,a study was conducted on the construction of the subway.Through the construction period node simulation and construction environment conversion simulation,deep analyzing and studying of the mutual influence between the national railways and subways had been done,the overall arrangement of the national railways and subways important nodes had been considered.Study the stratified excavation methods for subway earthwork;study the method of steel support installation and the use of hydraulic devices to load steel supports;study the construction method of subway concrete floor and side walls and steel support unloading methods.Effectively coordinate the resolution of conflicts and conflicts between the construction of the national railway station and the subway structure.(4)In the background of the construction process of lift-arc aluminum plate anti-ceiling by subdividing elements on the ground,through the optimization of the plan,load calculation,keel selection and trial and error,the ceiling construction method without scaffolding is determined,and the connection to the ceiling node is fixed.The way to carry out special treatment,so that it has the conditions for operation and installation,to achieve anti-ceiling construction technology.
