Investigation On Traditional Public Dramaturgic Spaces Of Sichuan Province

No one can ignore the development of high-tech in our society, while people are longing for better spirit entertainment such as public dramaturgic places. From architecture cultures perspective, only those projects with local feature are "worldwide". Therefore, investigation on traditional dramaturgic places including their culture valuation with their future is very important.The thesis mainly consists of four parts.1: Characters and History of Chinese drama and Sichuan dramaDrama is a main "blood vessel"of Chinese ancient culture. Prom struggle drama of Han dynasty to Beijing drama of Qing dynasty, the course of their development is studied in this thesis.2: Traditional Theater (Playhouse, Odeum) of Sichuan ProvinceWith different name of ancient theaters such as Stages, Tea House and Ever-lasting Stage, they are quasi in main characters. They were following rules relating to location choosing, construction, and architecture model and so on. On the other hand, special origin and design idea of some theater made them unique in the world. Take Jiangxi Chamber for instance, the Hakkas from Jiangxi Province built it in late Qing dynasty. The most special building conception reflected by the mini-stage extended outwards in the parvis between the Rear Halls is most peculiar in the world.Other typical examples are studied and deep analysis will draw aconclusion of their common characters. 3: High-tech of Dramaturgic spacesTo some extent, the combination of high-tech and traditional architecture style and culture will contribute most to the future of public dramaturgic spaces.4: Architecture and Landscape Aesthetics of traditional Public Dramaturgic Spaces and Their FutureThe theories of "Dao'affected ancient architectureof China deeply. The idea of "spirit" is a ever-lasting truth for ancient designers. On the other hand, from phenomenology and psychology perspective, the design of traditional dramaturgic spaces met people's needs for living well and reasonable in many aspects. Further more, cyber-theater on-line will change entertainments model of people in the near future. The spectators' conception on communication, relaxation and going to theater will be far different from now on.In summary, investigation on traditional public dramaturgic spaces can bring us many valuable information and mediation on their future. All these are in order to create better living condition for people.
