Study Of Integrated Management For Project

Today the projects in civil engineering become more and more complex,the mode of traditional management has not satisfied to the needs of the modern projects. The project management in civil engineering relies on using the computers in particular. The WBS method is the bridge between project management and computer science.Firstly,this paper introduces briefly the concept and the methods,then it expatiates systematically the WBS' development and application etc. For developing the WBS scientifically,the paper studies the information classification and coding system in projects.After compared,analyzed the models in the paper,the paper gets that the Work-Packaging Model is the most reasonable model which integrates the index system of the projects in civil engineering. Based on the Work-Packaging Model and the DataBase technique,the paper establishes the relational data model of the projects in civil engineering. The model will provide a method to use the computers in the projects in civil engineering.
