This article expounds ripening software engineering method, modularity and object-oriented program design methods are coupled together, with lamination analysis design method and MultiThreads technique, exploit transformer station supervisory control system software.Virtue and defect of modularity and object-oriented program design methods in the design of real-time system are analyzed; necessity and possibility of two methods binding are discussed in this article.
