The designing of high-rise buildings contains three parts as showed below: determination of the construction designing, calculating the internal force of constructional elements, constructional measures of members and joints. On one hand, there are many programs can be used; on the other hand, we have many structural galleries to consult.How to keep a project safe, economic and reasonable? According to the practice of engineering, the most important thing is to choose a proper one for designing of high-rise building. For a new tall building, adopting which structure or which construction system is the core of the optimizing project. In this article, we emphasize the optimization of the structure project carefully, and with the engineering of Part D of Jindu Xiangshe(Chongqing) as instance, discuss the composing constructional elements, constructional character, character of mechanics, stiffness of lateral force resistant, the property of distortion and quakeproof structure.There're five chapters in this article. Chapter I introduces the development of tall building.Chapter II analyzes the relationship between the internal force and distortion, expatiates the character of high-rise buildings' designing and emphasizes that the constructional continuance is an important designing guideline.Chapter III analyzes the shape of building designings, the ratio of height to width, how to lay lateral force resistant construct member, foundation designing(see also 'Specification of Construction and Designing of High Rise Buildings') and discusses the designing principles in high rise building.Chapter IV discusses how to choose the best project via the engineering structure of Part D, Jindu Xiangshe, Chap. II and Chap. III. According the compare of frame-core tube structure and frame-multi tube structure, we calculate the internal force of constructional and deformation analysis by spatial construct finite-element analysis process.Chapter V is a brief summary, in this chapter, we discuss the importance of the optimization of structural project more deeply in designing of high-rise buildings.
