Balance--Protection And Development Research Of Zouma Town

On the survey of the problems of historic towns and the research of related theories and practice in both inland and overseas,through the analysis of the study and practice of Zouma protection and development,the thesi s aims to find out the idea and the ways of protection and development for historic towns in china．There are three parts in the thesis．The first part of the thesis is the research of the history,the worthiness and existing problems of ZoumaAfter briefly introducing the history of Zouma,the author analyzes the vicissitude of Zouma from three points of view of economy,society and culture．The author then comprehensively expatiates the worthiness of towns and architecture,the history and culture and economy of Zouma．In the third section,combining with the existing problems of Zouma confronting with the urbanization process,the author presents the imminency for Zouma protection and development．The second part of the thesis is the theory research and the strategy research．The author analyzes the theories and methods of both inland and overseas,and summarizes their commonness and existing insufficiency,which provides reference for the practical protection work of Zouma；on the base of the above,the author discusses the strategic value ofZouma protection；Then,combining with"Organic Renewal","Small．scale Self-help Renovation"and"Community Cooperation Renewal", such successful theories and methods with Zouma protection,broadens and deepens their connotation．Lastly,from the view of "Area Development",the author acroscopically proposes the further economic development of Zouma．The third part ofthe thesis is th．e practice research．At first,the author analyzes the policy and economic feasibility of Zouma protection． Then,from three points of view:substance configuration,society and economy,by expatiating at large the research and planning of Zouma Historic Protection and Development,the author summaries the methods and techniques of protection and development for historic towns．At last,through the author'S experience and consideration during the involvement in the practical work,the significant meaning of research of"Balance"is brought forward．The author analyzes the balance between a series offactors ofprotection work,and takes a try to find out some feasible ways and measures,aiming to provide reference to the protection and development of historic towns in china．...
