Protection Strategy Of Historic Towns Based On Spatial Vitality Impact Assessment Of Streets And Lanes

At present,Chinese urbanization has made remarkable achievements,but the rapid development is accompanied by some problems,and the speed of urbanization in the future will inevitably change from fast to slow.Because of this,the stock planning has been paid more and more attention,and people are more and more aware of the importance of optimizing the internal structure of the city rather than simply expanding the urban boundary,and tapping the potential value of the city has become the mainstream of urban construction.In this context,the value of historic towns began to be concerned and excavated.Many excellent protection cases also let people see the possibility of protection and development of historic towns.However,at the present stage,there are some problems to be solved urgently in the protection of historical towns.This paper tries to put forward some targeted protection strategies from the perspective of the impact evaluation of the spatial vitality of historic cities and towns.On the one hand,it can solve the problem of the decline of the vitality of some historic towns.On the other hand,it can enhance the cultural atmosphere of historic towns,attract more tourists and make them feel the unique cultural charm of historic towns.In this paper,the resource characteristics and value composition of historical towns in China are analyzed,and the current situation and problems of their development are deeply analyzed,and the new trend of protection of historical towns is pointed out.The necessity,urgency and direction of protection are expounded respectively.After sorting out and analyzing the existing relevant research,this paper puts forward that the spatial vitality of historic cities and towns is composed of two aspects: the external expression of the vitality and the influencing factors of the vitality.On this basis,the evaluation index system and method of the spatial vitality of historic cities and towns are constructed.Then,the three facts of the ancient towns of Ciqikou,Dayan and Langzhong are put forward.Use it in cases.In the specific research process,the external expression of vitality is evaluated and analyzed by thermodynamic analysis based on LBS data;the influencing factors of vitality are evaluated by data reading and field investigation in four dimensions of architecture,environment,function and culture in street space.Finally,the Pearson correlation analysis method of SPSS software is used to get the specific impact of different factors on the spatial vitality of historic cities and towns.On this basis,four strategies for the protection of historic cities and towns are put forward.Finally,taking Fengsheng Ancient Town in Chongqing as a practical case,after analyzing its own development conditions and current problems,aiming at enhancing the spatial vitality and cultural perception of streets and alleys,and combining with the analysis of the factors influencing the spatial vitality of streets and alleys,the paper puts forward four protection strategies,namely,building renovation,space node construction,function planning implantation and cultural excavation and placement.In order to effectively solve the current development problems of Fengsheng ancient town.
