By tracing back to the origin of the temple fair,an essential part of the Chinese traditional culture,and the bazaar as the by-product from it,the paper analyzed the quantitative change based on the emergence of the "bazaar",and the first time of the qualitative change of the temple fair during its evolvement,finding the internal configuration of the market spaces "Temple-bazaar"From the example of the Juehai Temple's Canhua Temple Fair of Huzhou,we can say thaf'Temple plus Bazaar" is the right pattern after its first qualitative change. Time passes and the situation has changed,the two factors changed a lot. The paper deducted the second qualitative change of the temple fair with many examples and a detailed description of the quantitative change of the two factors,which is from "Temple plus Bazaar" pattern to ultural Architecture plus Market" pattern. Combining the planning of the modern public city space which demolishes the historic legacy,the analysis process applied the regeneration of the Temple Affair space,provide a new resolution to the present contradiction between the preservation and reutilization of historic heritage.
