The Research On The Model And Method Of Airspace Evaluation

Based on the background of Beijing Capital International Airport, the airspace capacity evaluation is deeply and systematically researched in this article from the aspects of theories and application. First of all, the former theories and methods of air traffic evaluation are summarized and the definition of capacity is also discussed. Then to runway, terminal area, en route and airport ground separately, we establish corresponding capacity evaluation models and develop the methods of their capacity evaluation. After this, basedon the developed model associated with the characteristics of Beijing Airport, the synthetical evaluation method of theoretical models combining with simulation evaluation is pointed out and the computer applications in the airspace evaluation by using random simulation flight flow are introduced. Further more, according to the evaluation results from the system, the factors affecting on the result of capacity evaluation are systematically analyzed in details. In the end, the further work on the research of airspace capacity evaluation and the relevant software develop are pointed out.
