With the rapid development of civil aviation in China,air traffic flow is increasing dramatically,the phenomena of flight delays are becoming increasingly common,most of the international airport at home is in saturated or even supersaturated condition.To answer the dilemma,the number of runway should be increased,the configurations and operation mode of runway should be transformed.This paper starts with adjusting runaway configurations,comparing operation modes of runway and so on.Through setting up models of runway capacity,the influence of various factors on the runway capacity are analyzed,and relevant suggestions are listed.Main works as follows:1.Aim at closely-spaced parallel runway,capacity models under different crossing point position are set up.Through analyzing the five phase of the plane's landing in detail,calculation model of aircraft landing time is built,landing runway occupancy time is obtained.Take-off planes on the other runway are divided into two parts: through interference and no interference.The average time interval in two cases are calculated,the model of runaway capacity is established under penetrate point lastly.Through this model,influence of different crossing position on airport capacity is analyzed.2.Aim at stagger threshold in closely-spaced parallel runway,the capacity model of closely-spaced parallel runway under the Staggered Approach Procedure(SGAP)is established.The impact of the stagger distance and runway centerline spacing on runway capacity is analyzed.3.Consider the new operation,the capacity model under the Steeper Approach Procedure(SEAP)is established.Under the Steeper Approach Procedure(SEAP),the vertical separation in the fix of final approach between two aircrafts is used for decreasing longitudinal separation,and then decreasing time separation,and that would increase runaway capability.Theoretical increasing capacity in this case is analyzed.4.Aim at wide three runway in capital airport,consider using independent operation mode to increase airport operation efficiency.The theoretical capacity model of parallel three runway is established,based on independent operation and crossing runway.SIMMOD is used for simulating parallel three runway in capital airport,comparative analysis of theoretical capacity and simulation result is executed for proving that the result is reasonable.
