The Network And Application Software Design Of "Supply Power Enterprise Information Support And Decision Support System

This program is the sub-program which is tackling key problems for HeiLongJiang province committee of science and technology - " Supply power EISS and DSS", containing the design of network scheme, database design and related application software mainly. This program aims at raising our province's supply power enterprise management level, increasing enterprise profit, alleviating peasant economic burden, pursuing a solution method and means that can develop continuously.This program synthesizes to utilize modern technical means and information management means, including computer technology, database technology, network technology etc. Based on having proceeded feasibility research and demand analysis, it built practical feasible network scheme, and the definite various network patterns that adapt to different production environment.In the design course of application software, CASE that is the advanced tool is adopted as aided design means. According to the hardware environment containing complex conditions in the current enterprise of supply power, software have been designed that apply to different OS, and they raised the utilization rate of original equipment. We adopted structure analysis and design technology in the design course of application software, while adopted Object-Oriented technology in the design course of interface. On foundation of versatility, practicality, advance and openness principles, subsystem have been designed and realized successfully. The network of entire system adopt the PPP technology, VPN technology and LAN technology; the database of backstage supporter of system adopts the large scale database Oracle8i of powerful function and the database ASA of desktop computer of high property.Under Windows system, proscenium adopts Raid development tool and system structure adopts the method that combines C/S with B/S. In software development lifetime, we have followed the principle of software engineering and carried out stage evaluation strictly. Entire systems have complete development document and software's instruction, with convenience for the maintenance ofsoftware.This program passes through appraisal in November 2002. At present, this system has been generalized, and has reached expected aim. In the course that carries out user training, it has raised modern official ability of agricultural electric enterprise's people and whole quality. By practical inspection, the method is effective, feasible, with promoting management's modernization and informative process for our province's agricultural electric department, and playing animportant role for alleviating peasant economic burden.
