Building Design With Simulation And Analysis Of Energy Consumption--Exploitation Of Energy-saving Design Procedure Of Residential Buildings In Heating Areas

Sustainable development of buildings involves the advance of energy-efficiency of buildings. Designing the buildings of energy-saving is all architects' incumbency. However, due to the absence of practicable tools, it's difficult for architects to analyze the buildings' energy consumption in the design process qualitatively and quantitatively. And it obstructs the progress of energy-efficiency of buildings in our country.In the first part, the writer analyzes the rubs in the way of development of energy-efficiency buildings. And on the basis of the relationship and joint points between design process and simulation of energy consumption, the concept of building design with simulation and analysis of energy consumption is put forward. Considering the phase and holistic character of designing, building design with simulation and analysis of energy consumption should be carried out aiming at different phases with different feedbacks.After the study of simulation models and methods of different designing phases, the frame of energy-saving design procedure is designed. In order to contrast the simulation results of various residential buildings, the procedure adopt both the component and integrate indices as the criteria to assess the energy consumption of buildings.Based on the frame, the writer integrates requisite simulation modules and creates an energy-saving design procedure of residential buildings in heating areas. And the procedure is applied in the design process of a building project. Sequentially the credibility and practicability of this procedure is validated.In a word, this paper provides a practical and useful procedure for architects to design buildings with simulation and analysis of energy consumption. And it will help them to design the real energy-saving buildings.
