Research On Coal Transport Control System Of Thermal Power Plant

Coal transport system is a major auxiliary system in thermal power plant,the characteristicsof points,lines long,wide. The equipment of coal transport system is controlled in coal transportcontrol system,which can run a certain order,and complete the task of unloading,storing,senging,Allocating coals.The main equipment includes overhead grab ship unloader,converyor belt,rollerscreens,bucket-wheel stackers and reclaimers coal crusher,unloading the car,dust,etc.As the coalof large-scale thermal is a big difference in a certain time,large difference in the quality of coal,meeting the demands of allocating and rough hangling coal, coal transport control system musthave a diverse ,flexible operation mode,ensure that the requirements of the plant unit operation.So,whether you have an efficient control system is of great significance in a thermal power plant.In this paper, designing and developing the three coal transport system of the Beilunthermal power plant for the study,it uses products and softwate of Rockwell ControlLogix forHardware configuration and software configuration in coal transport control system,the mainPLC,remote I/O stations,controllers of other major equipment,PC surveillance systems areintegrated through advanced technology of Fieldbus and Ethernet/IP. The use of PC softwareof iFix,developing a supervisory control system of data collection,centralizedRemote controlreal-time monitoring,real-time query functions in coal transport system.After designing and developing the three coal transport system,comparison of the one,twocontrol system,level of automation and reliability are greatly improved.Not only greatly reducesthe strength of running staff,also the maintenance personnel finds fault facilitatly,reducingequipment downtime,improving efficiency,reducing equipment maintenance costs.This research projects, Providing some valuable experience of the domestic similar coal transport controlsystem for upgrading in thermal power plant.
