Study On Field Vibration Monitoring And Signal Processing System

Vibration measurement technology is discussed based on the former researchers in this paper. The Field Vibration Monitoring and Signal Processing System is disigned based on some other vibration measurement systems, and it has the advantageous of present measurement systems. The signal sampler of this system is designed and the digital signal processing software is introduce.The two classes distributed structure is used in the field vibration monitoring and signal processing system. CPU is the center processor of t he high performance signal sampler. The modular structure of the system makes it is easy to generalize its use and extend it. The remote points can be measured conveniently by using this system.There are two communications in the system, RS-485 and USB. The system can plug and play, and it covers line length up to 1200m.This paper also introduces some functions of software, such as controlling, digital signal processing and so on.
