The Development Of On-Board Compacting Tester And Automotive Digital LCD Dashboard Based On Communication Interface

This paper analyses and sums up the growing trends of the In-vehicle Network so as well as the CAN-BUS,smartly describes the mechanism of CAN protecol.The vechile elctronic techonology has developed into a phase of information and intelligence,for the competition of "Infomatic Design" has justly emerged.From the points of IN VECHILE NETWORKS and CAN-BUS(Controller Area Network), this paper bring developed the viberation roller competing tester,and the vechile digital LCD dashboard.When developing the two electic devices,uses different serial communication buses,as CAN, I2C, SPI,etc.These attemptes improve the complexity of whole control system,and enhance the performance of the instrumentes.During the course of developing of Viberation Roller Compacting Tester,the creative combination of CS5460 and MCS51 ,greatly simplify the control and the program,improve the performance of the instruments,otherwise extends the using field of cheap,high performance MCS51 series MCU.With the use of new MCU p87c591,as the techiniques of serial communication and Negative Display of LCD,the dashboard has a very beautiful apearence and the system is simplified.Not only the analogy signal and the pulse signal can be sampled into the instrument,but also the datum on the CAN-bus should be transferred into the system whit the connection to the In-vechile Network.Under the guindance of the idea of "informatic design",the digital LCD dashboard system is developed,and the professional manufacturer of LCD display device is directed to develop and to design the special LCD module,by which the new LCD production is greatly optimized.All these intentions bing about a very well goal.
