In searching and designing for electrical products, charge simulation method is widely used because of its concise and high efficiency, low requirement of system and used easily. When charge simulation method is applied, one must modify and inspect the quantity of charge and the location for different cases, which affect the application of charge simulation method. Although the optimization charge simulation method, which has been studied in recent years, advances in layout dibble and increasing calculation precision, full scale or multi-variations optimization charge simulation method faces variety as complex of problems in real world. The key of application of charge simulation method is reasonable of layout dibble. According to the application of charge simulation method, it is very important that building a software platform supported by CAD, cored by charge simulation method visualized by readjustment and easier to modify.This paper introduces the principle of charge simulation method, and builds an application of dynamic platform of visual charge simulation method adopting computer visual method to solve the problem of rationality of (conventional charge simulation method meets the practical problem that needs the experience of layout dibble and etc).The visual software platform of charge simulation method, using Visual Fortran programming language, is built, which includes data input module for the practical problem, calculation module of charge simulation method, output module of calculation results. The software platform is programmed using object-oriented technology, implemented using Visual Fortran programming language, and prated using interleave working style. The software platform finished includes preprocess, post-process and so on, which gives uses a clear description of charge simulation method, inspect dot, outline dot and electric quantity of charge, using color and shape in computer graph technique and at the same time, this platform supports calculation results of with kinds of charge simulation methods and modification of charge simulation location. This software platform builds reasonable data structures and easily used input interactions so that it supports data inputs in different cases. This built platform givesuser the error distributions of kinds of design methods and the error effects of different So the problems of appraise and modifying by manual can be solved. This paper solved the key problems in the applications of conventional charge simulation method, and by using visual technology, we can control the quantity of charge simulation method, can give the contributions of charge simulation method. The application of charge simulation method is advanced furthermore.Applying the technology and methods presented above to breaker, the expected results are gained.
