Personalization design is an important method to improve the design quality of the product and enhance the product market competitiveness, so applying the theories of the ergonomic to improve and perfect the design of man-machine handling interface is a key to improve using function and realize personalization design. Because of the deficiency of experience design and two-dimensional means of flat surface in the process of ergonomic function design, this thesis studies how to found 3D visual simulated platform of ergonomic to aim to found personalization interface design in the product exploitation designs process.This thesis studies ordinary system structure of the ergonomic simulated platform and found 3D visual simulated platform around how to realize the simulation design of reaching region and comfortable region of handling interface. It studies priority the modeling technology of virtual man in the projects, including the founding of human body kinematics model, Solving of forward direction, reverse kinematics, and so on.3D graphics interact is an important characteristic in the visual simulation, so this thesis has been studied simulating handling interactive technology more depth, including the selection,the translation,the rotation of object,the principles of restriction of moving and the collision detection and the of realization.Finally, based on the principles of Ergonomic design and simulation, combined of driver design, in the Windows environment, using Visual C++6.0 and OpenGL developed an experimental visual simulation platform for Ergonomic system, that verified the correctness of the theory and the reliability of the technical route. This paper provided an advanced technology for the harmonious and coordination of man, machine and environment in product design. It can save a lot of manpower, material, and make the product design to meet the characteristics of Ergonomics.
