Product Overall Lifecycle Oriented Process Flow Management System's Research And Development

Recently, our country's manufacturing is facing more and more difficult. There is a great gap between developing country's manufacturing and ours. Consequently, a lot of enterprises are facing the great challenge. In order to break away from the hot potato, enterprise must increase competition ability via expediting product's cycle, reducing product's cost increasing product's quality. With development of product of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CAD (Computer Aided Design), CAM (Computer Aided Manufacture), CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning), PDM (Product Data Management), our enterprise step on the juice in theirs.As development of manipulating information, CAPP and PDM both are fledged system. Manufacturing enterprises' process information depends on the traditional software of CAPP, but there has been a great distance from effect information looks forward to. It is great importance to integrate for enterprise's information. However, recently CAPP is confined in technique, such as, process design, outputting documents, stating report forms and process management and so on and don't involve process flow 's management. CAPP doesn't efficiently integrate with computer network. As to partial process design, efficient has increased a lot, but CAPP doesn't control process flow so whole process has been limited.PDM was developed in order to resolve works-drawings,wors and CAD files that were ture up in device-period.laterJPDM has developed in process-design, manipulateing-planning and so on.so PDM is limited in device-period.Consequently, it is important that the requirement of CAPP is developing into cooperating design and distributing system, that is satisfied with demand of enterprise process information and process digital, In this article, the characteristics of process flow management system facing product life cycle are analyzed and studied, and configuration of system, substrate frame of system, work elements of system and database design are also presented in detail. It makes a course begin, follow and examine. Such, the information transfer between people and people, groups and groups. Because processes flow step by step, every user will wacth all of messages. Inevitablely, the enterprise's cost will be reduced and manufacturing efficiency will be increased.
