As the source of the product life cycle, customer requirements are direct-driven power of product development. The customer requirements should be grasped timely and accurately, and make sure the target of the activities of the product life cycle is to realize the customer requirements, in order to maximize raise customer’s satisfaction. Effective requirement management could make the designers grasp the customer requirements accurately, improve product design quality, thereby reduce the change owing to the misunderstand for the customer requirements and short the product development cycle, in addition, the unsatisfied requirement could be discovered and improved in time thus cutting the cost. Consequently, the research on the requirement management oriented to the product life cycle is significant.In recent, requirements information management is weak to most of the enterprises, which is disadvantage to make sure the activities of the product life cycle meet the customer requirements; Make it hard to track the requirements information, which lead to inefficient requirements verification and requirements change. so, in this paper, at first, the requirements are classified and arranged, then get product requirements information by the use of the quality function deployment; At second, build requirements information management model based on database, which is used to realize requirements tracking to quickly and accurately judge the relationship among the requirements information in order to improve the efficiency and quality of the relevant decisions.Currently, the transfer of the files and tasks is taken by the way of artificial or e-mail in requirements verification activities, which results in the low efficiency of verification and the difficulty to grasp the realization state of requirements. In this paper, firstly, the requirement verification workflow is constructed, which make the requirement satisfaction could be identified rapidly. Secondly, the Petri network model of the workflow is constructed and the rationality and accuracy of the constructed model is verified in apply of the Petri characteristics, which ensures the feasibility of the verification process. Finally, the forms which are necessary in the flow are designed to organize the data necessary in the verification activities, then ensure the efficiency of the requirements verification.The analysis accuracy of the sphere influence for the requirements change can improved by the requirements traceability, at the same time, the experience knowledge of the historical requirements changes has important reference value to current change. Therefore, in this paper, the requirements change management combined the CBR technology and requirement traceability is constructed thus the range of the range of change effects got by requirement traceability and the historical change cases got by CBR can be used to current changes, which could improve the efficiency of the changes. Secondly, the similarity algorithm of the change case is considered combined the similarity algorithm of the design case, which ensures the retrieval quality of the cases.On the basis of the above research, the functions of the requirements management system oriented to the product life cycle are analyzed, and requirements management system is developed, which provides convenient computer aided tool for the project team.
