Strategy Research Of Urban Fringe Development On Urban Expansion

With the high-speed expanding of the urbanization,urban-expanding is becoming an important issue to most of Chinese cities. As an area of the expanding of city and the transition area between city center to the suburb, more and more problems and conflict are disappear during the period of centralize and decentralize. The purpose of this article is finding an ultimately way to solve these issues via studying the essence of these problems. These problems primary show that the current urban planning of the urban fridge is nullification; furthermore, it also makes us think about the essence of the urban planning, that is to say, as a public policy, the nullification of urban planning appears during the planning is executed. Hereby, I think the determination of policy and the process of actualization should be monitored, and find right to avoid such issues during these two periods.According to this idea, this article thinks that the right way to solve the urban fringe is think more carefully about the urban planning itself and the related circumstance, and raises the opinion that the policy of the urban planning is the key to the urban fringe planning. On this basis, I study the policy of urban planning via analyzing several examples of urban fridge planning. Several suggestions of urban planning policy are raised to guide the development of the urban fridge.This article has six chapters,Chapter 1: Overview of this article, the background and the meaning of this research.Chapter 2: Give a summary of the studying and theories of the urban edge development inside and outside of China.Chapter 3: From the view of policy, the author raises a series of theories discussion on the essence of urban planning, then open out the reason of the failure of the urban fringe planning.Chapter 4: Study the framework of the policy of the urban fridge planning, describe it in following two aspects: the urban planning itself and the circumstance ofthe urban planning.Chapter 5: In order to study several important issue of urban fringe, this article gives some example to describe the issues in current urban fringe development and the actual issues reported during the urban fringe planning. Some policy corresponding to these issues are raised finally.
