The Traffic Model Study Base On The Urban Land-Use

The most important condition of a city sustainable development is the campacity of the city's subsystem and his own development campacity. As traffic is a subsystem, he moves and operates the flow of people and material, and he is also the base of the city's property and development. General speaking , the different urban layout form property and intensity determine the different traffic need and also decide the traffic generating volume sucking volume and layout form. In some degree, those factor also determine the traffic structure.In the thesis, author analyses the present character of land use-traffic model development, appraise the technology character, consults the rule of how the land- use deal with traffic model, sets up the traffic generating model traffic distributing model and traffic way predicting model , puts forward traffic planning model. In the end ,by the compare of foreign land use-traffic development model, We can conclude a model suiting to our country . In the last part of the thesis, the author makes use of an example to support his issue. By the change of land-use in WenLing, the author consider carefully the factors of the traffic survey social economic data urban land-use data and road site layout, then predict the traffic model, which can provide beneficial reference for urban planning and traffic planning.
