Power system graphic platform has already become an indispensable part in the application software of power system. The thesis is directed by the idea of analysis object-oriented. Through analysing and researching the demand of power system graphic software, the thesis built the model of power system graphic software with UML(Unified Modeling Language), and developed a set of power system graphic software which is fit for graphic model building.
